According to the Materia Medica the following remedies in Restless Leg may be administered for the following conditions:
Agaricus muscarius: Jerking, twitching, trembling.
Causticum: Restless legs at night.
Chamomilla: Tension of the muscles of the thighs, and of the legs.
Cinchona officinalis: Restless legs; Twitching in knees.
Conium maculatum: Putting feet on chair relieves pain; Trembling of all limbs.
Cuprum metallicum: Jerking during sleep; Cramps in calves and soles; Jerking, twitching of muscles in hands and feet.
Gelsemium sempervirens: Excessive trembling and weakness o f all the limbs.
Hyoscyamus niger: Great restlessness in limbs; Every muscle twitches.
Hypericum perforatum: Crawling in hands and feet; Jerks in the limbs.
Kali carbonicum: Uneasiness, heaviness and tearing in limbs and jerking; Legs feel heavy.
Magnesia carbonica: Restless in legs; Heavy, tired and painful legs and feet.
Mercurius vivus: Great weakness, heaviness, and painful weariness in thighs and legs.
Mygale: Convulsive uncontrollable movements of arms and legs.
Nux vomica: Tendency of lower legs to become dead and numb; Irritable nervous system.
Passiflora incarnata: Has quieting effect on nervous system; Anti-spasmodic.
Plumbum metallicum: Stinging and tearing in limbs, also twitching and tingling, numbness, pain or tremor.
Rhus toxicodendron: Pains tearing in tendons, ligaments and tissue; Aching pains in legs, must change position every moment.
Secale cornutum: Restlessness; Cramps in feet , calves.
Strychninum: Stiff limbs; Spasmodic rigidity.
Tarentula hispana: Weakness of legs; Chorea (irregular, spasmodic, involuntary movements of the limbs or facial muscles) movements; legs restless, impulse to walk.
Valeriana officinalis: Constant jerking; Better from changing position, walking about.
Verbascum thapsus: Cramp-like pain in soles; trembling of knees.

Apis mellifica: Sore throat; Tonsils are swollen, fiery red, stinging pains while swallowing, better cold drinks.
Arum dracontium: Continual disposition to clear throat; Hoarseness.
Belladonna: Dry, hot throat; Tonsils enlarged; High fever.
Bryonia: Dry throat; Back of throat seems swollen.
Cajuputum : Can hardly swallow at all; Voice hoarse.
Echinacea: Voice husky; Tonsils purple or black; Soreness of throat worse on left side.
Ferrum phosphoricum: Sore throat with colds; Tonsils red and swollen.
Glycyrrhiza glabra: Respiratory system.
Kali bichromicum: Throat pains when putting the tongue out; Discharge of thick yellow matter throught the posterior nares; Violent tickling in ears.
